Securely pack your jewellery in its original Sif Jakobs gift box and place it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

Quality Check & Refund

Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
